Meet The Team
Lara Heber
I am the owner and manager of La Rose Maison LLC. I opened the Gallery and Retail space in Denton, TX early 2019, but then decided that it is best served on the online stage. I changed my vocation in defiance of social conventions, and left a long career in Education Technology. I studied art throughout my education, but heeding my mother's advice, received a bachelors in business instead of art. Best. Decision. Ever.
I now make many of the items available through the online store, including the candles, eye masks, etc. I hope that you feel the love that I imbue in each of these items as you use them for your relaxation purposes!
I also still paint, and will have a range of my art available for purchase online.
Kathryn I. W. Sparks
I was born in Seattle and lived nearly my whole life in western Washington state before making the surprising (even to me) move to Texas in 2009. Got my BFA in Art, specializing in drawing, from Pacific Lutheran University, spent three years paying off student loans with the help of my employer/uncle’s construction company, and headed to grad school to rack up a little more debt at Western Washington University, where I got my Master of Education degree in Art.
